THE GRAVITY OF GRACE

“Almost all unbelievers believe that, if they can change their behavior, they will be in good shape with God. To think that you have to put your acts together before you come to God, is Satan’s agenda, to stop you from enjoying the free gift of righteousness, and God’s peace”

“In our depraved state; without Christ through the power of the Holy Spirit, we can never on our own, be in good shape. Come home, just as you are, and be transformed into His image, effortlessly”

  1. Thank you McDaniel for joining up with us, it is appreciated, and yes I agree with you, if we wait till we have it all together, it would be an eternal wait, of course if it was possible without Jesus, than He would not have had to die. To say we haven’t sinned so we don’t need Salvation is calling God a lair.

Yes we choose to put our flesh to death and turn from evil and do good and then we are empowered to do so.

We can’t earn our Salvation but we will show we have it, Jesus has set us free.

John 8:34-36 Jesus replied, “I tell you the truth, everyone who sins is a slave to sin. Now a slave has no permanent place in the family, but a son belongs to it forever. So if the Son sets you free, you will be free indeed.

  2. God bless you for sharing his words with us. God is and should always be the center of our lives. I hope and pray that we all remember that and make it part of our everyday life. Thank you.
