Morning Prayer

Hold my gaze into your gaze, lover of my soul. Don’t slip away. Stay!

Eternal Father and lover of my soul,

Keep me awake in thee as I press daily

To Drink from the Wells of Your Salvation

Let me not wander away from the unveiling

And mingling in Your light, after this prayer is

Poured — strolling back into the illusions of

This mundane existence

Dear, Father, today — (Mon. Dec 1, 2020)

Clothe me with the gift of Your presence,

Permeate my thoughts with eternity,

Keeping me in perfect synergy with You

Hold my gaze into Your gaze

I desire nothing but to continue to

Behold Your face, until I am drowned

In the oceans of Your mercies and power

You are beautiful and generous towards me

You are merciful and devoted to the broken

May Your beauty becomes my obsession and

Let Your generosity, mercy, and devotion finds tue

Expression in me as I yield my life to Yours

Blessed Father,

You have sustained the universe by

Your word since creation — you are able to keep this fragile soul

By the same word, in perfect purity; blameless and holy

I pray thee, may the gift of your presence

Like a gentle stream, flow within the

Interior chambers of this weak temple

And wash away my fears and doubts

Abba, don’t slip away from my soul’s view

Like a bird on migration

Stay — Walking between my heart and soul,

Moment by moment

Guide me into the corridors of the Fathers will, Oh gentle Spirit of the presence

It is not in my ability to find my way into His

Perfect will and blueprints, So direct my steps;

a lost sheep, and let me find

greener pastures in His breath

Oh, Shepherd friend, lead me today,

To where my life will be fruitful to You,

I know my heart will find true satisfaction

In Your satisfaction

Through Jesus Christ my salvation. Amen.

You’ll Live Through Many Deaths Before You Cross The Ivory Bridge To Cessation.

Dear God,

Just the thought of loving

my enemies is like poison

inside my belly. But I am

willing to die to self

So that grace will triumph

forgive yourself. forgive yourself.

Seaweed of guilt wrapped around my soul. Would they embrace me in the warmth of love again? How did I get here? O’ the weight of sins load weighing me down. I’m sinking into unfamiliar realms of emotions, helplessly. I feel worthless. I want my joy back. I want my sanity back. [ode of a broken soul]

The inability to free oneself from the discomfort of the souls garden from the grip of hurts, shame, and guilt in dire situations of a moral failure, and seasons of disappointments: a kind of cancer destroying the lives of so many wonderful and loving people in this life. Life is full of ups and downs. We are like birds chirping and dancing on tree branches: suddenly our feet are caught in a snare, unexpectedly everything around you is badly impacted. The good news is that our Savior and our Lord Jesus Christ always leads us into triumph as we tap into his wisdom through faith. It takes a little bit of ignorance of the ways of God to destroy your life. Let’s download some crucial wisdom from the actions of Judas, the traitor.

Matthew‬ ‭27:3-5‬ ‭GNTD‬‬ ”When Judas, the traitor, learned that Jesus had been condemned, he repented and took back the thirty silver coins to the chief priests and the elders. “I have sinned by betraying an innocent man to death!” he said. “What do we care about that?” they answered. “That is your business!” Judas threw the coins down in the Temple and left; then he went off and hanged himself.”

Judas sinned. He sinned by betraying his master to the chief priest and the elders. In the end, Jesus was condemned to death. Brother Judas could not hold himself together. He has disappointed God, the disciples and his own soul. But he also understood God’s system of forgiveness — He knew God does not deal with us according to our sins but on the basis of his forgiveness. Deep inside his heart he knew he will find forgiveness in God if he repent of his wrong doing.

He repented. He had a forceful mental turn around, that what he did was wrong. He felt sorry before God. His heart was broken, therefore he returned the price money to the chief priest and the elders; ”I have sinned by betraying an innocent man to death, he said” Judas was on the right direction towards restoration. Unfortunately, the response from the chief priest and the elders messed his emotions. They refused to take the money back; shooting his soul with more pain.

That’s your business, Judas! I have sinned, please take your money so I could be free from this guilt” That was his whole intention — to be free from the guilt of sin. It did not go as he has wished. They have this to say; ”What do we care about that?” they answered. “That is your business!” Judas threw the coins down in the Temple and left; then he went off and hanged himself.”

He took the whole weight or pressure of Jesus death on his fragile shoulders, and there was no way he could handle that. Not even the toughest person can handle that. You have betrayed the son of God to death. All the disciples has been scattered. Jerusalem has turned upside down, and every tear from Jesus mom and all who love him is connected to his action. He couldn’t forgive himself. He couldn’t shut that voice of accusations drumming inside his head. He couldn’t endure the war from within, because he was holding so much in his head. We all do that sometimes. We beat ourselves till we lose the drive to socialize with others. We feel unwanted and unworthy. That has been one of the secret weapon of the enemy to stop countless believers from destiny. Take a grip on Gods hands. You can free yourself. Don’t die yet!

Judas hanged himself. Why, Judas! You felt sorry for your mistake. You admitted it openly. So why did you go to the extreme? Did you find it extremely difficult to forgive yourself? I know there are a lot of people reading this today who may not literally hang yourself on a tree, for failing. Sadly, most of us are not enjoying the quality life which is in Christ Jesus, because we have not learned to forgive ourselves. We’ve been beating ourselves every day for hidden mistakes God doesn’t even remember. Things we have repented from. You can’t go back to correct your mistake — the best way to correct it is to dream forward; forgiving yourself and improving daily in life.

It is time we grow in this vital area of forgiveness. It is important to forgive the sins of others, but it is also necessary to forgive yourself when you have to do so. Faith works in love. To hold inside you what God has forgiven you through grace will numb your spirit from having the confident trust in God, and the courage to walk in love towards yourself as a child of the king. Free yourself today. Let go of the past. God is not holding anything against you my friend.

Let me leave you with this beautiful scripture to ponder on today, and to also thank you for taking the time to read, comment, like and share. I’m praying for you. Psalm 103:12 ”As far as the east is from the west, so far has he removed our transgressions from us.

May the souls of the captive be free. We cancel guilt and fear. Say, I free myself

Most & More // McDaniels A. Gyamfi

this heart cries

i want to travel to
the unknown
with you.

i want to win
with you.
i want to cry
with you;

our souls
entwined with
the glow of a million
stars of the Ancient

i want to be buried
beside you; our souls
lounging in the corridors
of those who still speak,
though they are gone.

Death hurts. Death makes us alive. Sometimes.

Sometimes, living hurt more than death.

Suddenly, deep compassions has arrive like a merchant ship from the East

The day the oceans evaporated into an unknown skies,

we became humans again. We died too, with our souls. The day a bird of prey took away the only child
of the widow from Maki.

Tenderness has arrive; deep inside the souls hardened rooms.

Saints weeping. Sinners mourning. All of us sat on ash heaps. As if we lost our own bosom child.

Love has arrive. Gratitude has arrive.

The soul of this city is alive, weaving new threads

to reconnect ourselves together again.

Now my eyes have seen what it never saw

a day before the oceans emptied itself into deep into shadows of darkness

Who would have thought,

that common enemies would become friends,

lifting each other soul to the embrace of the the smiling sun.

Humility has arrive. Pride is a forgotten allied.

Offenses, the principal of our egotistical set tables are trashed into dustbins.

Forgiveness has arrive, ‘cause our hearts are

pliable, and contrite like liquid love; overwhelmed by

the madness of the oceans disappearing.

How long can we keep this fire burning?

As long as we ponder and reflect on our own fragility and

the uncertainty of life.

As long as we could look deeper within our own souls,

that nothing is here forever, except love.

Sometimes I wonder why one has to die —

Before the world is awakened from her slumber

like Phoenix rising.

But, such is the mystery of life.

I’ll truly miss the day I’ll disappear —

O’ I’ll miss those beautiful songs and chants of those who never

shared their bread in my afflictions. That is another mystery of life—

We shall be loved by those who genuinely loved us,

and those who never did, and even those who prayed for our demise.

at the edge of eternity. Maybe I’ll smile — gripped by

the mere sight of cosmic awakening and

the thick hypocrisy on the faces of those who never loved us.

Family is a blessing.

Friendship is a miracle.

You have it both?

Keep it with your two hands

Protect it from the dark moon

Hide it in your heart; a treasure

Why walk with your head down?

Why sit ye lonely, filled with questions?

Blessings & miracles are always under attack

Don’t give up on them, cause of imperfections

Don’t think you can make it alone, without it

Families are a blessing from the Lord

He sets us in mild, and wild families —

The good, the bad, and the ugly, are from Him

Do everything to make it organically good

Don’t ever say; “I wish I belong somewhere”

Sometimes, we pay attentions to the little

Stuff, so we miss the bigger picture

Families are a blessing

Friendship is a miracle

I am glad I belong to a family

You’re my family, irrespective of your color, Race, creed, religion, and what have you.

I deeply love you, fam!
