Supernatural dimensions of høpe

“The cords of death surrounded me. The floods of ungodliness made me afraid. The cords of Sheol were around me. The snares of death came on me. In my distress I called on the Lord, and cried to my God. He heard my voice out of his temple. My cry before him came into his ears. [Psalms 18:4-6 WEBBE]

Michelle Obama | ”You may not always have a comfortable life and you will not always be able to solve all of the world’s problems at once but don’t ever underestimate the importance you can have because history has shown us that courage can be contagious and hope can take on a life of its own.

Yes, hope can take on a life of its own. Never underestimate the spiritual dimensions of Hope if you want to conquer darkest times and live with cheer in your eyes, regardless. You are in the right place to explore and outsource help from the realm of God.

Life can be very unpredictable sometimes. The great news is that God always leads us into victories through Christ Jesus. We can live… with certainty that we can face tomorrow. Scripture entreats us to be optimistic instead of living the other way round; paralysed by fear and uncertainties. Hope is a beautiful thing. It may seem something trivial for a man to have a hopeful outlook about life because so many people consider hope as some kind of unnecessary mind dance.

NO, NOT DAYDREAM: Biblical hope is more than a daydream or some kind of a fairytale of the heart. Hope is earnest anticipation of the human soul for something good from the Lord, according to the workability of the word of God. A hopeful person is one who waits with expectation; the realities of a supernatural existence to impact him on a physical level. He rises beyond human principles and anchors his soul to a being who is greater than all, devoid of the many contradictions of life.

LOWER LAWS OF DARKNESS: It is what we hope, desiring, dreaming of or yearning for, from the good Lord that create those colourful images within our spirit, which has the power to dispel the darkest images within our human souls inflicting us with fear and uncertainty. A person without hope typically operates from a place of lack of a spiritual conviction. A conviction that is higher or above the waging laws of impossibilities of darkness one has somehow embraced in his difficult times. When we feel empty and fearful over tomorrow. When doubts clouds our judgments, and despair lingers on the edges of the world of our thoughts, then we have succumbed to a lower law of the enemy which helplessly imprisoned our reason to trust. May God shine forth in your heart with a new revelation of his ability that surpasses your reason to give up or quit against yourself.

SYSTEMS FAILS: The most reliable systems of great nations have been prevailed over by a force beyond these tried and tested pillars of trust. In times like these, when the hope we placed in the government of men has failed us we are entreated to return to the Lord with good heart and ask him to wrap our desperate hearts with the good promises of his living word towards us. His plan is to draw us to himself. He will make all things work for our good if we cry to him with expectation. He will not disappoint, unlike the systems of men. Yes, he will save our souls from all of our fears and lift us up on higher grounds, to stand.

I AM YOUR HELP: No one has hyped his hope in the Lord from a posture of confidence trust, and that person was disappointed. Throughout scripture, men had hoped in God for his salvation and experienced his redemptive power. The Psalmist echoes; ”He’s a very present help in times of need.”[See Psalm 46] An attitude of hope is something lacking in our world today. Not many people in our society have a confident expectation of a better reality hereafter. We expect what we don’t want as if it is the natural order. We openly enforce the energies of diseases and pain through our words. We experience realistic reflections of our thoughts. We feel hopeless because all the physical realities we so much depends on are shaking. Men’s heart panic because he doesn’t have en encounter with God?

YOU ARE WHAT YOU THINK: Friend, you’re what you think. We have a wrong outlook about everything in life because we have not been taught to set our minds in the possibility of God, but on what is perishable. The good news is, you and I have the right to change the hazy inward images of life through the word of God. We cannot continue on this path of licking our wounds and blaming others for the result of our lives. The world sees extinction and despair. Fear and panic reverberate all around us, but a hopeful person sees a different picture. A man who saturates his mind with the truth of Gods word, he sees a picture of the light of God at the end of the tunnel, streaming within the places where darkness once ruled. That man, that woman, that family is not afraid of the negative reality engulfing the cosmos. He sees the hand of the saviour; undetected by the naked eye but through the apertures of faith.

“The Lord is good to those who wait for him, to the soul who seeks him. It is good that a man should hope and quietly wait for the salvation of the Lord.” [Lamentations 3:25-26 WEBBE]

You would have expected humanity, with the surge of information on our doorsteps we will all hook up in the anchor of hope; steering us into a promising future where rays of stability and perfect peace grace our foreheads, but the truth of the matter is this; ”nothing in this world can satisfy the human soul, outside of God”. We hope but we hope in the wrong things that satisfy us not.

HOPING IN THE WRONG STUFF: We have placed our hopes in the government. We have thought the solution is in the hands of some fragile men who are chasing their own shadows. We wholeheartedly tossed our dear lives in the hands of wicked men and the fragile systems which have been established, if possible it will protect our souls from all kinds of fears that terrorise us every day. Unfortunately, we have been disappointed. The systems we have well-embraced for many generations as the last resort has all failed us miserably. It is time for us to reconsider our posture towards God as individuals and families of the world. God is calling us to return home; into his saving arms, into his unfailing devotion and affection towards a quality life that only he can offer. The Lord is good to those that WAITS or hopes in Him, to those who SEEK Him.

There is no falsehood in you but faithfulness, O’ God. I acknowledge you today: You are the sovereign ruler over my life. You are the one who sustains the entirety of my existence without fault, on this side of eternity. Dear, Father God, I have come to the conclusion, that you are a great rewarder all who explores the profundities of your love, and the realities of your power towards us who believes in your being as Lord and King over all the earth and administrator of all human affairs.

HEART CHANTS: My hope is in nothing else but on your faithfulness — to protect us from the plagues of wickedness. My hope is in nothing else but on the power and assurance of your holy word, which is able to make us bloom in the wilderness, and shine forth like a beacon in the darkest times. I am grateful to you today, for the physical manifestations of the hope I place in you.

Glory hallelujah. Amen to the truth. Hallelujah to the wall breaker, and power to the way maker. I hoped in good health and wellness therefore I am strong and active. I hoped in open doors, therefore I walked through hindrances by the favor of God. I hoped in preservation of my family, therefore we are safe and sound from harm. I hoped for prosperity therefore there is nothing missing or lacking in our life. I hoped in impacting others today therefore my words and actions are lifting others from the valleys of fear. I hoped for a better tomorrow, therefore, worry and anxiety are out of my soul, and the boundary lines of my portion of earth goodness have fallen in good places.

Hope is the thing with feathers that perches in the soul – and sings the tunes without the words – and never stops at all. – Emily Dickinson
