…and the hardest part, was,
When her own shadow,
Left her;
Following the crowd.
There are seasons in a man’s life, when the coolest people in your life, who makes life real cool, will desert you. Those moments; Kings go through. The President of the United States, The Queen of England and Papal Pope, all go through it. There is also a time when your own soul get tired of the journey and wants to leave you, to languish in the dust. Never allow your soul to join the negative crowd that deserts you, in the season of loneliness. Your best response to the disloyal crowd or friend, is to anchor your soul in the deep conviction of the Saviors great love towards you. You die with the negative crowd if you anchor your ship on negativity.
There comes a time in our pilgrim journey, that we will be thankful to God and all those in our lives who one way or the other became a cancer in our life. Of late, i have been real careful on how i respond to ill-treatment and misfortunes.
I consider every negative thing which comes my way to destroy me will not materialize but rather teach my hands with wisdom, because God always make all things to work for my good. There is no panic in this…Gd’s faithfulness can be trusted at the edge of the cliff. Everything that Satan does, will not scare me to death. I only know one thing; God is with me even in my foolishness, to turn the counsels of the wicked to null and void, and teach me wisdom to step up into the next level of the journey. Scripture say it this way;
Romans 8:28 (NIV) 28 And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who[a]have been called according to his purpose.
If God has really called you out of darkness and has sealed you with the precious Holy Ghost, as a sign of your adoption into the family of God. If you are called and chosen, then you should remember that God is with you as a mighty warrior and a refuge of hope to anchor your soul from the storms of wicked men. The Bible says that we are God’s special possession… “1 Peter 2:9 But you are a chosen people, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, God’s special possession, that you may declare the praises of him who called you out of darkness into his wonderful light”.
The world is just a mass puzzle landscape. The truth of the matters is that, the believer does not seek solutions and answers from the external world. We have become answers and solutions. Do you know that you have put on a new nature created in the image of God? Within your born again spirit is the treasure of knowledge and wisdom. How did you know that McDaniels? Paul wrote to the Collosians. He had this to say ….
“Colossians 2:9-10 (NKJV) 9 For in Him dwells all the fullness of the Godhead bodily; 10 and you are complete in Him, who is the head of all principality and power.
Everything that God is was inherent in Jesus, as the Christ. In the same token, we have become complete in Christ fullness through rebirth. Is God full of answers and wisdom for every case? So are we in Christ Jesus. Sadly, most Christians seek counsel and direction from psychics, fortune tellers, false prophets, TV anchors and the celebrity formulas. I don’t care how popular an eastern philosopher is. If they don’t know Christ, they cannot access the depths and length of God’s wisdom.
The over the top wisdom in our born again spirit, makes us governors over every evil situation in this life. Is Christ enough for you? In Christ, the scripture declares; “ 3 in whom are hidden all the treasures of wisdom and knowledge. Colossians 2:3″ To the new birth believer, the bible says we have the mind of Christ to practically walk over every situation, with our feet firmly on Godly counsels through the escort of the Spirit and with our eyes on Jesus; the treasure of wisdom and knowledge for all things…
1 Corinthians 2:15-16 (NIV)15 The person with the Spirit makes judgments about all things, but such a person is not subject to merely human judgments, 16 for, “Who has known the mind of the Lord so as to instruct him?”[a] But we have the mind of Christ.
If I have the mind of God how does that change my depressurized heart? Lack of wisdom, is the reason for of all kinds of disorder in the lives of many souls. Wisdom empowers you to rise above the storm. The christian life is not a human religious efforts. It is not human ability…it is the overflowing life of Christ through the power of the Holy Spirit, in the life of the regenerated beings. (The born again ones) Christ wisdom and power flows through our born again heart as we yield and surrender our wills to the authority of the word of truth, which is able to save our souls. James encourages us to pray out of faith in all kinds of situations for supernatural wisdom of God to flow out of the wells of our salvation. Friend are you depending on the wisdom of Christ or you are relying on your might and power? Listen then, to James ….
James 1:2-5 (NIV) 2 Consider it pure joy, my brothers and sisters,[a] whenever you face trials of many kinds, 3 because you know that the testing of your faith produces perseverance. 4 Let perseverance finish its work so that you may be mature and complete, not lacking anything. 5 If any of you lacks wisdom, you should ask God, who gives generously to all without finding fault, and it will be given to you
Don’t ask God for divine instruction (wisdom) and still go ahead with your head knowledge and reasoning power, trying to solve a problem. He knows the end from the beginning, and there is nothing which takes God by surprise! He has special answers for every issue. Am not surprise the bible says with Him all things are possible. The beauty of it all is that, we can make all things possible by believing. Ask in faith for wisdom and expect your God to lavish you freely with guidance. He doesn’t need your ability; all God needs is our faith and humility before Him. You can make it through the storms to dry land. Wisdom shall be your stability through it all. Share this truth with friends, comment and let me hear your feedback. God bless you real good!!

“We have become answers and solutions.” – what a lovely and overlooked thought!
I have never considered it a “joy” when times are grim. Not sure I ever will.
Yet …
Someone gave me a phrase: “Just say Yes” – when He asks, challenges, says yes, says no – just say Yes Lord every time. My head knows it makes sense, my heart still prefers to say “You cannot be serious!” 🙂
Lovely post again Mr McD – some pump iron. You pump the love of a loving God!
