“I will consider myself a failure if my obsession and passion in life is to see my kids get straight A’s in their academic lives and had no interest in their spiritual development”
– McDaniels Gyamfi –

The soul is a tender bird. The heart is a brute lion. My home is Christ, My purpose is to redefine the soul of the nations. My language is love. On pilgrim paths, spilling oceans grace on dry places, until hidden seeds germinate, honoring the Ancient One — most&more.

Perfectly said Sir. Indeed,it is my biggest fear and I try hard to put them in line with God. 🙂

That is so true. I’ve seen so many parents obsessed with their kid’s grades, excelling at sports, trying to live vicariously through them, but not the least bit concerned about their spiritual development. Or they drive them so hard legalistically in church life rather than Christ’s life so that they reject it all when they become adults. It’s a big trap. Thanks for sharing this. Blessings.
