The Beauty Of Hosting The Word

What really made Jesus the delight of men? He exemplified divinity among mortals. He was an expression of the fullness of God. All of the magnificence and perfection of God sprout out of him; an effulgence of wholeness. He was so comely and altogether beautiful.

Anywhere humanity, with its many sufferings met Christ in his physical existence, he encountered a glorious deposit of heaven which none of the religious leaders nor the upper class of society administered from. Scripture underscores that he is the sole expression of the glory of God [the Light-being, the out-raying or radiance of the divine], and He is the perfect imprint and very image of [God’s] nature.

In His earthy presence, Jesus never used the words: ”i love you” or ”i care about you” in its literal sense, but those who met him felt an unusual awareness of care and tenderness emanating from the radiance of His words and in his actions. His words were life to those who were sitting helplessly in the twilight chambers of sin and death. The downtrodden found a new possibility in His presence; sprouting like wildflowers.

Why is the believer not taken the necessary advantage of the boundless possibilities in Christ to be transformed, as we deliberately host the beauty and the riches of His words in our hearts?

And all of us, as with unveiled face, [because we] continued to behold [in the Word of God] as in a mirror the glory of the Lord, are constantly being transfigured into His very own image in ever increasing splendor and from one degree of glory to another; [for this comes] from the Lord [Who is] the Spirit.” 2 Corinthians 3:18 AMPC

Not many in the body of Christ have unearthed this spiritual mystery of hosting the word in our hearts to appropriate its supreme benefits. The totality of Gods word is the multifaceted expression of Christ’s magnificence through revelation. When we say Jesus is the word we are not talking about the words you hear every day from the news media or even from your best friends. We are talking about divinity in it’s purest expression.

These words of men we host inside our hearts daily as an anchor of the soul make us feel miserable, wounded, lethargic, depressed, and at it’s worst a fall away from God.

The language of the world is so often drawn from the fountain of iniquity instead of the fountain of life, which is Christ. This is the mystery of heaven upon us; the beauty of Christ, the words of life. Our Destiny hinges on it’s perfect ambience.

The Apostle Paul, by the spirit of Chrst trumpeted from the mountain top of Zion to men who dwell in the valleys to host the realities of heaven in our hearts. It is the surest path to conquests

”Let the word [spoken by] Christ (the Messiah) have its home [in your hearts and minds] and dwell in you in [all its] richness, as you teach and admonish and train one another in all insight and intelligence and wisdom [in spiritual things, and as you sing] psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, making melody to God with [His] grace in your hearts.” Colossians 3:16 AMPC

The beauty of Christ is the whispers of the Father serenading the heart of the believer who with desire waits on Him. Imagine how his disposition would be like… That man who generously rejoices in the beauty of the words of life; his heart drowned completely into its boundless possibilities. His heart will be filled with the ancient melodies of heaven, and his soul shall be free from the invisible chains of the depravity which have kept down the heart and soul of so many believers in the vault of despair. You can be free today, my friend.

It is the will of the father that we be free from the dictates of this world. This is the reason he has established the spiritual system of the word transformation power. It behoves us to follow Gods wisdom path to attain the glories. We rise by relishing the beauties of Christ, the word of God, with all of our heart, and with our spirit

This is a supernatural advantage for the believer. He can alter his circumstances at any given time. He can recreate the spiritual climate [ by casting out satanic operations that manipulate his circumstances through the word at heart ] to affect his physical reality. All he has to do is to align the entirety of his being with the spiritual laws of Christ, which far out weights the decrees and legislations of hell.

It is by this reason Paul, through the Holy Spirit prescribed for us of the necessity of letting the words of Christ to dwell in your hearts richly. He didn’t say let your circumstances dwell in your hearts richly. Because this is not how we elevate in the kingdom. We elevate by elevating Christ above our problems. This is powerful!

“How precious is Your steadfast love, O God! The children of men take refuge and put their trust under the shadow of Your wings. They relish and feast on the abundance of Your house; and You cause them to drink of the stream of Your pleasures. For with You is the fountain of life; in Your light do we see light. [John 4:10, 14.]” Psalm 36:7-9 AMPC

We rise by setting the decrees of our Saviour before our eyes like a flint. When you relish and feast from the abundance of revelation, God will cause you to drink of the eternal stream of His pleasures. Instead of defeat you will find victory. Instead of death, His life will rule and reign in the places you never could have imagined.

Find a quiet place and wait patiently in the presence of the Father, as you allow the Holy Spirit to stir an understanding in the riches of the word of life. You will encounter a greater light which gives you the audacity to walk into your higher heights and stature in life, without fear or grumbling.

CONFESSION: I will make it a daily habit to dwell in Gods word through reading, meditation, and prayers until it’s beauty find a place within my spirit. May the world see a transformation in my life, which is an expression of the supernatural force of God.

Puritan Prayer

I humbly share these sincere prayers with you, which came out of my personal longings for deeper depths in Christ. I lay these petitions to God every day, that he will continue to draw me in into an organic union through the agency of the Spirit, to capture all that He IS, and WHO I am in Him; undistracted by the world of sin and self.

My heart desire and the heartbeat of the Father is that all of the brethren who have been weakened by the world of sin and religion; pulled away from intimacy with the Father, because of a sense of guilt, will encounter His glorious presence to influence the world of sin for Christ Jesus, effortlessly.

I have asked the Father to light up your heart today. I want Him to bless you with His presence as you journey with the Holy Spirit, sending your heartfelt petitions to Him, in anticipation for an incredible awakening in your own life, and the world around you. You can also use puritan prayers to intercede for a friend, a small group, your church, or family. May His abounding Peace rest upon you and yours!

“ARISE [from the depression and prostration in which circumstances have kept you–rise to a new life]! Shine (be radiant with the glory of the Lord), for your light has come, and the glory of the Lord has risen upon you! [Zech. 8:23.] For behold, darkness shall cover the earth, and dense darkness [all] peoples, but the Lord shall arise upon you [O Jerusalem], and His glory shall be seen on you. [Isa. 60:19-22; Mal. 4:2; Rev. 21:2, 3.]” Isaiah‬ ‭60:1-2‬ ‭AMPC‬‬

Dear, Father God

You’re the King of Kings

A Righteous judge over all and all

I thank you today, for the gift of life

I am deeply sorry,

For how long I’ve been governed by

This carnal invitations and temptations

Of this dark world, which has

produced gross weaknesses

within me.

My heart is dull, my spirit is numb

I am not happy, I am not free, I lack zeal

I lack sincere affections for your presence

I am bereft of the flame of hope, and the

fluidity to journey towards what

matters to you.

Abba, forgive me from this boredom drunkness

I am intoxicated in the world. The occupation of

worldly appraisals and passions have filled my belly.

This world is seductively my idol, and I’m cold

And passive to anything spiritual

I pray, dear Father, set my heart free,

Free like a bird, and make it ablaze

Like moonlight beauty, for

your own glory.

Free my soul from these invisible chains

That easily entangles me from pursuing you

Father God, Let your Holy Spirit quickened

This weary soul, and this worn-out temple

Of mine, so I could arise from the cold

Valleys of dry bones; becoming

A mighty force.

O’ Sweet Spirit, our trusted guide:

Manifest yourself among us,

Right now, right here, and we shall be

Awaken from our slumber.

Drench us in the sweetest odour of the Father

We want to diffuse our world with the

Eternal aroma that captivates the

Seat of human emotions [ spirit & soul ] for

An authentic response to your

Invitation of love, for true repentance.

May we capture our truest essence

Within the framework of your Kingdom

Agenda in it’s purest layout in the gospel

In partnership with the Holy Spirit.

I yearn for a richer understanding:

An understanding which comes from you

Holy Spirit, enlighten the eyes of my Heart

Lead me on, Shepherd of my Soul

Guide my heart to the greener pastures of truth

For I long to be captured first by your glory, so i

Can apprehend the length, the Depths, the

Breadth, and the heights of all that

You have offered through

Christ Jesus, my Saviour.

I ask that you Shine forth thy light, and

Thy grace upon this upside-down world

Draw the worst of us to yourself; sanctified

And purged; to confound the prideful of

hearts, swayed by human wisdom

Renew us,

Your people,

And we shall be renewed.

You are the master porter, and

We are the marred clay, yet firmly

Embraced by your mercies and grace

I am grateful to you, Lord Jesus, that you

Are in total control, rewriting and amending

Our beggarly stories, because you have the

Power and the patience to alter all things

For thy glory and for thy pleasure

O’ great God, you are the perfecter of life.

Please, reform us, mould us, and shine

On us, to be conformed to the stature and

Best of heavenly standards which are

pleasing and acceptable to you,

You alone.

If you can use anything, here I am;

Use me mightily, for your own glory

Before thy appearing, in Jesus

Your glorious name, I pray

Amen!
